The Ticket History feature can be found in the Train AI tab of the Caffeinated CX Portal Admin. It allows you to easily train your AI using previous ticket history. To use this feature, simply click on the Ticket History tab, submit your request, and wait for the status to change to DONE.
Please remember that you need to authorize Zoho Desk before you can submit a request. To authorize Zoho Desk, go to General Tab and press the Authorize button.

After that, press Accept button and you will be navigated back to the Portal Admin. Now you can submit your Ticket History training request.
