The Auto Triaging and Tagging feature can be found in the General tab of the Caffeinated CX Portal Admin. It allows you to easily tag tickets based on the tags in your ticking system. Our AI does this by reviewing the tags in your account and understanding a customer's question to best tag the ticket.
You can also tag tickets based on sentiment scores like tagging tickets with a high urgency score.
