The Help Center Analysis feature can be found in the Help Center tab of the Caffeinated CX Portal Admin. It allows you to easily understand what gaps you have in your help center. Our AI does this by reviewing the customer questions in your ticketing system and cross referencing this with the documentation used to train your AI.
We give you insights into the accuracy of answers in your help center and the ability to see the most asked questions from customers.
