In order to access and utilize our system on Freshdesk, it is necessary to create an account on our platform. Additionally, you will need to set up a billing account with Stripe, our payment processing provider. The billing account with Stripe ensures a secure and streamlined payment process for your transactions within our system.
To begin the sign-up process, please visit our platform's registration page at https://app.caffeinatedcx.com/registration.
On this page, you will need to provide the following personal information:
First Name: Enter your first name.
Last Name: Enter your last name.
Email: Provide a valid email address.
Password: Choose a secure password for your account.
After filling in your personal information on the registration page, click on the 'Next Step' button to proceed to the next stage of the sign-up process. This will take you to the subscription page.
On the subscription page, click on the 'Subscribe' button to initiate the subscription process. This step is necessary to set up your billing account and enable access to the full features of our platform.
On the subscription page, you will be prompted to enter your personal information, including your email address and support domain. Additionally, you will need to provide your payment information to complete the subscription process.

After a successful payment, you have two options to proceed:
Install our application on Freshdesk: To integrate our application with Freshdesk, simply click on the provided links below. These links will guide you through the installation process, ensuring a seamless setup.
Customize your AI actions: Alternatively, you can start customizing your AI Actions right away. By accessing the customization settings, you can tailor the AI's actions and behavior to align with your specific requirements and preferences.
