In order to access and utilize our system on Zoho Desk, it is necessary to create an account on our platform. Additionally, you will need to set up a billing account with Stripe, our payment processing provider. The billing account with Stripe ensures a secure and streamlined payment process for your transactions within our system.

Create a new Account

    To begin the sign-up process, please visit our platform's registration page at https://app.caffeinatedcx.com/registration.

    On this page, you will need to provide the following personal information:

      First Name: Enter your first name.

      Last Name: Enter your last name.

      Email: Provide a valid email address.

      Password: Choose a secure password for your account.

    After filling in your personal information on the registration page, click on the 'Next Step' button to proceed to the next stage of the sign-up process. This will take you to the subscription page.

    On the subscription page, click on the 'Subscribe' button to initiate the subscription process. This step is necessary to set up your billing account and enable access to the full features of our platform.

    On the subscription page, you will be prompted to enter your personal information, including your email address and support domain. Additionally, you will need to provide your payment information to complete the subscription process.
For Zoho Desk, your support domain will be your Portal Name. The portal name is the address of your help desk account in Zoho Desk. Typically, it is your company name and is created when you sign up for your help desk. The format will look like this: desk.zoho.com/support/<my_company>/.
If your Zoho Desk domain is https://desk.zoho.com/support/caffeinatedcxdev/, your support domain will be caffeinatedcxdev.

    Once you have successfully created an account, please visit https://marketplace.zoho.com/app/preview/desk/caffeinated-cx to proceed with the installation of the plugin on Zoho Desk. This link will direct you to the plugin's preview page where you can initiate the installation process.
