The Ticket History feature can be found in the Train AI tab of the Caffeinated CX Portal Admin. It allows you to easily train your AI using previous ticket history. To use this feature, simply click on the Ticket History tab, submit your request, and wait for the status to change to DONE.
You will need to Authorize Freshdesk to be able to train ticket history. When you click the Authorize button, a modal will be shown with a step-by-step instruction to help you get the api key.
