Create a new Account

In order to access and utilize our system on Salesforce, it is necessary to create an account on our platform. Additionally, you will need to set up a billing account with Stripe, our payment processing provider. The billing account with Stripe ensures a secure and streamlined payment process for your transactions within our system.

Create a new Account

1. To begin the sign-up process, please visit our platform's registration page at https://app.caffeinatedcx.com/registration.

2. On this page, you will need to provide the following personal information:

   1. First Name: Enter your first name.

   2. Last Name: Enter your last name.

   3. Email: Provide a valid email address.

   4. Password: Choose a secure password for your account.

   

3. After filling in your personal information on the registration page, click on the 'Next Step' button to proceed to the next stage of the sign-up process. This will take you to the subscription page.

4. On the subscription page, click on the 'Subscribe' button to initiate the subscription process. This step is necessary to set up your billing account and enable access to the full features of our platform.

5. On the subscription page, you will be prompted to enter your personal information, including your email address and support domain. Additionally, you will need to provide your payment information to complete the subscription process.

For Salesforce, your support domain will be your Domain. For example, if your domain is https://caffeinatedcx.lightning.force.com, your Support Domain will be caffeinatedcx.lightning.force.com

Checkout Page

1. After a successful payment, you have two options to proceed:

   1. Install our application: To integrate our application with Salesforce, please follow these two steps:

      • Authorize Salesforce: Checkout the Installation tab for more information.

      • Install Chrome extension: Click on the Chrome extension link to add our extension to your Chrome browser.

      Once completed, you should see Caffeinated CX appearing on your Salesforce site. If it does not appear, simply refresh the page.

   2. Customize your AI actions: Alternatively, you can start customizing your AI Actions right away. By accessing the customization settings, you can tailor the AI's actions and behavior to align with your specific requirements and preferences.

Installing

Please note that our CaffeinatedCX on Salesforce only working with the Messaging feature on Salesforce Service Cloud.

To install our application on Salesforce, please follow these simple steps:

1. Once you have successfully created an account, please visit our Setting Page and click Authorize to proceed with the installation of our application. This link will direct you to the app's preview page where you can initiate the installation process.

   

   You must press Authorize button before using Salesforce
2. Enter your Salesforce domain to be able to Authorize your Salesforce.

   
3. Choose your account and continue.

   
4. Agree the requesting access to finalize the installation.

   
5. After successfully accept the permission, the next step is to install our Chrome extension. To do this, please visit Chrome Extension Store. Clicking on this link will redirect you to the preview page of the Chrome extension, where you can easily add it to your Chrome browser.

   
6. Click the 'Add to Chrome' button to initiate the extension installation process.

7. Finally, after successfully installing both the Salesforce app and the Caffeinated CX Chrome extension, kindly refresh the Salesforce

By following these steps, you will successfully install and authorize our application and extension on Salesforce and be ready to benefit from our features and functionalities.
