In order to access and utilize our system on HubSpot, it is necessary to create an account on our platform. Additionally, you will need to set up a billing account with Stripe, our payment processing provider. The billing account with Stripe ensures a secure and streamlined payment process for your transactions within our system.

Create a new Account

  1. To begin the sign-up process, please visit our platform's registration page at https://app.caffeinatedcx.com/registration.

  2. On this page, you will need to provide the following personal information:

    1. First Name: Enter your first name.

    2. Last Name: Enter your last name.

    3. Email: Provide a valid email address.

    4. Password: Choose a secure password for your account.

  3. After filling in your personal information on the registration page, click on the 'Next Step' button to proceed to the next stage of the sign-up process. This will take you to the subscription page.

  4. On the subscription page, click on the 'Subscribe' button to initiate the subscription process. This step is necessary to set up your billing account and enable access to the full features of our platform.

  5. On the subscription page, you will be prompted to enter your personal information, including your email address and support domain. Additionally, you will need to provide your payment information to complete the subscription process.

For HubSpot, your support domain will be your Account ID. Clicking on your avatar menu positioned in the upper-right corner will allow you to obtain your account ID, as shown in the image below..

  1. After a successful payment, you have two options to proceed:

    1. Install our application: To integrate our application with HubSpot, please follow these two steps:

      • Install HubSpot app: You can easily authorize our application by clicking on the provided HubSpot app link.

      • Install Chrome extension: Click on the Chrome extension link to add our extension to your Chrome browser.

      Once completed, you should see Caffeinated CX appearing on your HubSpot site. If it does not appear, simply refresh the page.

    2. Customize your AI actions: Alternatively, you can start customizing your AI Actions right away. By accessing the customization settings, you can tailor the AI's actions and behavior to align with your specific requirements and preferences.
