Response Library

The Response Library feature can be found in the Train AI tab of the Caffeinated CX Portal Admin. It allows you to easily define the exact responses you want to generate based on a customer's question. We present your most common questions under the latest questions tab and you can then set the answer you want your AI to generate.

This feature further improves the accuracy of your AI if there are questions received not answered in your knowledge base or other documentation that was used to train your AI.

Answers in your Response Library will be given precedent to any other training sources.
